To Our Valued Customers,
We appreciate your concerns pertaining to the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act and how it applies to our ribbons.
BerwickOffray is committed to producing safe products that are in full compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s regulations. We certify, based on our production controls and other reasonable testing measures, that our basic woven printed and unprinted ribbons do not contain total lead in excess of 100 parts per million.
This certification is supported by the Material Safety Data Sheets supplied to us by our domestic yarn, dye and ink suppliers. Our ribbon does not contain any phthalate plasticizers, including di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) and di(n-octyl) phthalate (DNOP).Â
We hope that this will eliminate any concerns that you may have about using our ribbons to produce your products.
BerwickOffray has always been and remains committed to manufacturing safe, reliable products.
Sincerely,
Berwick Offray LLC
